Pro Clean has been cleaning air systems throughout Hampton Roads since 1986. What started as an answer to helping clean the HVAC systems of fire damaged homes has turned into a full-time duct cleaning division.
Our air duct cleaning crews are certified by the NADCA (National Association of Duct Cleaners of America) and hold true to the high standards set by that organization. We utilize a six-step program that will provide you with the highest level of cleaning in our field.
Pro Clean performs air duct cleaning for both residential and commercial customers. We also handle a variety of air system cleaning for many businesses in the restoration field. Whether your home or business needs cleaning for basic dust accumulation, allergies, condensation, or air quality, Pro Clean will be there and you can rest assured the quality you have come to expect from us since 1974 will be there as well.
Cleaning:
Our technicians will check your system prior to cleaning to be sure the system in fact, needs cleaning. We access each system with a high powered vacuum which is connected to the unit or return line. Each supply line is then “closed off” so that we can work on each line individually. Normally, we send in “air whips” or “brushes” that travel from the entry of each vent line all the way to the vacuum as it collects the dust and debris. After each line has carefully been cleaned, they are sanitized with the application of an EPA registered sanitizer which treats against any mold or mildew that may be present. A post inspection walk through is performed to insure your satisfaction with the cleaning.
During the entire cleaning process, Pro Clean will protect the flooring and furniture for both safety and security.
Our duct cleaning work holds the same guarantee that our other cleaning services have, which states that if you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, we will re-clean at no additional charge. If you are still not satisfied, WE will pay the company of your choice to re-clean those same areas for you.
Video Inspection:
For our clients that request to have their system inspected with a video, Pro Clean will provide this service as well. Our certified technicians will provide you with a complete video inspection of your system, which allows them to be sure they have completed the work to the highest standard we have set at Pro Clean. Further, this allows our clients to be sure the work that was performed was done to the highest level possible.
