The Elite Package: The 12-Step Pro Clean Process
Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of the expected results.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuuming
Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning. Pre-vacuuming is a step that many of our customers prefer to do on their own prior to our arrival. For those customers that do not wish to vacuum prior to our arrival, Pro Clean can provide this service for you. If a quote was not offered within your initial phone call, then our technicians can quote an exact cost for you during the pre-inspection.
Step 3: Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables, and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure. If you prefer to have the larger pieces moved, our technician can offer you pricing on those pieces. All of the furniture we move does have protectors placed under them to insure that the carpet is always protected.
Step 4: Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots to provide the most thorough cleaning possible.
Step 5: Pre-Spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal. Dye transfers are additional.
Step 6: Pre-Grooming
A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil.
Step 7: Soil Extraction and Rinse:
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed with a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue.
Step 8: Neutralizer:
Every carpet that we cleaned is “ph balanced” so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.
Step 9: Post-Spot
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.
*** For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet.
Step 10: Post-Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.
Step 11: Speed Dry
High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.
Step 12: Post-Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the work performed.
Investment: All pricing starts with a two room minimum for $89.95; $37.00 per room and staircases. $20.00 for halls and walk-in closets. Every room over 250 sq ft is counted as two rooms. Normally, this is living and dining room combinations, great rooms, and some rooms over the garage.

We offer the same Pro Clean guarantee on all of our services and we are confident you will be pleased with our superior level of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with our performance, we will re-clean at no additional charge. If you are still not satisfied, WE will pay for the company of your choice, to re-clean the carpet for you.

- Some customers may wish to vacuum their own carpets prior to Pro Clean arriving. This is acceptable and without regard to who vacuums the carpeting, it is an important and vital step in achieving the best carpet cleaning experience you have ever had. Pro Clean uses an industrial vacuum cleaner that helps lift the nap and pile of the carpet.
