Our Guaranteed Elite Package Includes 8 Steps
To ensure you get the best carpet cleaning experience ever, we recommend our eight-step Elite Package.
- Pre-Inspection - We walk through your home and identify what may be permanent stains, so we can give you a realistic evaluation of the results you can expect.
- Pre-Spray - A preconditioning agent is applied to break down the soil in high-traffic areas and in specific trouble spots.
- Pre-Spot - Additional solutions are applied to difficult areas. (Dye transfers are an additional charge.)
- Soil Extraction and Rinse - We rinse and extract your carpet without over-wetting it or leaving a sticky residue.
- Neutralizer
- Our treatment pH balances your carpet and leaves it soft and fresh
- Post-Spot - Remaining spots or stains are treated again.
- Post-Groom - The pile of your carpet is restored so it dries faster and in the proper upright position.
- Post-Cleaning Inspection - We'll walk with you throughout your rooms to ensure you're pleased with the results! If you're not completely satisfied, we will reclean at no extra charge. If you're still not satisfied, we will pay the company of your choice to reclean your carpet.
You may wish to vacuum your carpet before we arrive, which is fine, but we will use our industrial vacuum cleaner to fully lift the nap and pile of the carpet we're cleaning.
If you're in a hurry to leave or won't be there during our visit, please leave a note detailing any special concerns or areas you want addressed.
Avoid These 7 Carpet Cleaning Hiring Mistakes
- Choosing a carpet cleaner based on equipment alone. Any carpet cleaner needs first-rate equipment, but he or she also needs technicians with the skills to operate the machines and do the job right.
- Choosing a carpet cleaner based on low price. Choosing a vendor based on roc- bottom pricing almost always means you're going to endure high-pressure sales tactics once they’re in your home.
- Choosing a carpet cleaner based on a single phone call. A professional cleaner will visit your home and provide a specific written quotation. You'll know exactly what to expect, and you won’t be the victim of high-pressure tactics when the technician gets into your living room.
- Choosing a carpet cleaner who doesn’t offer a money-back guarantee. You also should watch out for a guarantee that may be “limited” - whatever that means!
- Choosing a carpet cleaner without getting testimonials from his other clients. Ask for references or read comments from current customers, so you know your cleaner offers dependable work.
- Choosing a carpet cleaner who isn’t certified by an accredited training program. Odds are your carpet cleaner isn’t a close friend, so you're not going to know whether he or she has the know-how to get the job done.
- Choosing a carpet cleaner who only uses a single cleaning method. Carpet professionals should have a variety of methods at their disposal so they can address your individual carpet type, installation, and needs.
Choose a Professional for a Deep Cleaning
At Pro Clean, we know you can go to the grocery store, rent a shampooer, and clean your carpets yourself. But if you want to really clean and protect your investment, take the following steps.
- Make a commitment to care for your carpet. The longer they remain dirty, the sooner they’ll wear out. You'll also spend more time breathing all the pollens, fungus, chemicals, and dust mites that hide in there.
- Know what you want. If you only want the surface dirt removed, a rented shampooer will do. But if you want to treat stains and remove all the bacteria, fungus, and dust mite allergens in your carpet, you need a professional.
- Ask questions. The way you learn about a company is to ask specific questions and listen carefully to the answers.
- Get a written quote. A written quote, provided by a professional who visits your home, lets you know exactly what your job will cost with no surprises.

We Use a 12-Step Upholstery Cleaning Process
- Pre-Inspection - Our technician will test your upholstery fabric to determine its content and what kind of cleaning solutions and techniques should be used. We also will point out any permanent stains or areas of concern and give you an evaluation of the results you can expect.
- Area Preparation - We protect the furnishings and flooring around the furniture we're cleaning.
- Pre-Vacuum - We remove dry soil and loose particles from cracks and crevices. If you would prefer to do this yourself, please let us know.
- Pre-Treat - We emulsify the soil with special solutions designed for your fabric type.
- Pre-Spot
- We pre-treat problem areas to improve cleaning effectiveness.
- Pre-Groom - Soft upholstery brushes are used to further loosen any soil.
- Soil Extraction and Rinse
- We use a gentle, controlled rinse to extract soil from the fabric.
- Neutralize
- We pH balance the fabric so it stays soft and feels fresh.
- Post-Spot - Any remaining spots are addressed with special stain removers. At this point and at your discretion, we can apply a fine fabric protector that gives your upholstery a longer life and leads to fewer permanent stains.
- Post-Groom - We gently comb the fabric.
- Speed Dry - High-velocity air movers are placed on the upholstery to decrease the drying time.
- Post-Cleaning Inspection
- Our technician will review our work with you to ensure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
